Mith 1: Going to therapy means I`m "weak"

Psychological difficulties mean so much (or so little) about our "strength" or "weakness" as any other difficulty that arises in our lives. Seeking a therapist has as much (or as little) to do with "success" or "failure" as seeking any other practitioner. In fact, the ability to identify a problem and to seek specialized help to solve it is, above all, evidence of a set of skills.
